TerraTec AS is a Norwegian company founded in 2004 as an employee owned cartographic firm.
Their areas of expertise are:
- Aerial photography
- Photogrammetic mapping
- LIDAR
- DTM and orthophotography
- Aerial data aquisiton from fixed win aircraft and helicopters
TerraTec AS has developed effective production methods within these areas, giving them a high
level of profficiency. This allows TerraTec to not only serve their customers in Norway, but also
in cartographic markets throughout the world. As an example, TerraTec was the first cartographic firm in Norway to successfully employ digital vertical
photography.
According to TerraTec, considering the introductions of new technologies requires total commitment.
As a result, they have invested vast amounts of time and energy in acquiring the necessary software
and hardware required to further strenghten their position as one of the leading suppliers of georeferenced data surveys.
In fall of 2008 TerraTec AS will take delivery of the first Dragon Eye system. This will make them Airborne Hydrography AB's lead customer
for this new, high accuracy, topographic LIDAR system.
The Dragon Eye system will give TerraTec AS a powerful tool to further strenghten their position as one of the top suppliers of georeferenced data surveys.

company within the low altitude corridor mapping applications within the European market.
TopEye technology is focused on high resolution LiDAR and Image solutions. It is the
leading helicopter-based technology for demanding engineering applications.
TopEye AB has been active in topographical laser scanning since 1993 and digital image
solution was developed during 1999. TopEye have developed and refined LiDAR and Digital
image technology as well as procedures for more than 10 years.
